SMS messaging (also called texting or short messaging) is a discreet alternative to direct phone calls that will save you time and money.
To send text messages globally to candidate and client mobile phones directly from the PRS just click the Goto 
button next to the recipient's mobile phone number on the Personnel form and enter you message, it's that simple.
| • | Press the Insert Message Template... link to insert a message template. |
| • | Press the Edit SMS Signature link to compose a signature for SMS messages. |
| • | PRS SMS messages are recorded in the PRS Mail Message Tool alongside Email messages. |
| • | The Message Merge tool can be used to bulk send SMS messages. |
NOTE: To use SMS you need a PRS SMS license option and a valid Clickatell or Skype SMS account.
