Email Messaging

Email functionality is tightly integrated into the PRS:

 

•Emails along with attached documents can be sent directly from the PRS.
•An email InBox Tool facilitates the capture and management of incoming Email.
•An integrated Mail Messages Tool allows you to search and select previously dispatched mail for viewing or printing.
•A Message Templates facility allows boilerplate replies to be created and inserted into outgoing emails.
•You can send HTML formatted Email and you can customise the HTML message format.

 

NOTES:

2.The Mail Messages Tool, InBox Tool and Message Templates require Microsoft Outlook is installed as the default mail client.
3.Email options are set from the Mail page of the Options dialog using the PRS Tools->Options... menu command.
