The Shared Data Folder contains the shared PRS database and other site wide files.

 

The Shared Data Folder location must be accessible and writeable from all PRS Client PCs. You can find the location of the Shared Data Folder by looking on the File Locations page of the PRS Options dialog (Tools->Options... menu command).

Document Templates are stored in a folder called DocumentTemplates within the Shared Data Folder.
