Note Types

Notes types offer a way to categorise notes. You can select and report specific note types using the Notes Tool. This is a great way to record and report on business related activities that are not vacancy activities.

 

•You set the note type when you enter a new note.
•The default note type is Note.
•You can define new note types using the PRS Tools->Options->Note Types menu command.
