The Notes Tool allows you to find edit and selectively print notes. Open the Notes Tool using the PRS Tools->Notes menu command.
| • | The Favorite, Shared, Top, Hidden and Read-only properties can be edited directly on the Notes Tool. |
| • | To view and edit note text and other properties press the Goto button in the right margin next to the note date. |
| • | Press the Select... button to find specific notes. |
| • | Press the Options... button for more Notes options. |
| • | Press the Print button for a printed reports of the selected notes. |
