The PRS manages recruitment related documents by linking them:
| • | Documents can be linked to related Personnel, Vacancy or Site records. |
| • | Company wide documents can be linked to the Document Manager Tool. |
| • | Bulk personnel mail drops (both printed and E-mail) using Microsoft Word mail merge are supported directly from the database using the Document Manager Tool. |
| • | The Document Search Tool allows document files to be searched for words, groups of words or phrases. |
