The PRS manages recruitment related documents by linking them:

 

Documents can be linked to related Personnel, Vacancy or Site records.
Company wide documents can be linked to the Document Manager Tool.
Bulk personnel mail drops (both printed and E-mail) using Microsoft Word mail merge are supported directly from the database using the Document Manager Tool.
The Document Search Tool allows document files to be searched for words, groups of words or phrases.
