In addition to built-in reports a number of PRS reports can be printed using Microsoft Word document templates. Report templates contain predefined bookmarks which are substituted for PRS report fields when print. Templates can be fully customised by editing with Microsoft Word.

Template enabled reports are typically those which are normally sent to external organisations. Invoices, Candidate Summaries and Contractor Pay Advices can be printed using report templates.
