Description

Company ID

This optional alphanumeric identifier is used to prefix exported vacancy and web page file names and helps identify exported vacancy data. It is of use if exported files from different PRS sites are pooled in the same location.

Tax rate

The default tax percentage tax rate.

Tax name

The tax name you see in forms and reports is a user configurable PRS option (as is the tax rate). In Australia and New Zealand it is called GST (Goods and Services Tax), UK users would set the tax name to VAT, other regions use S/T (for Sales Tax) or simply Tax.

Exclude contractor adjustments from billings calculations

When this option is selected contractor timesheet payment adjustments are excluded from billings calculations. This will affect consultant contractor commission calculations, reported contract billings and reported contract billings margins.

Notes type is mandatory

This site wide option ensures the user explicitly enters a Note Type when creating a new note

Hide Favorite notes

This option hides Favorite notes in the Notes lists on Personnel, Sites, Vacancies and Invoices forms.

Use Microsoft Office spell checker

Use the Microsoft Office 2000, 2002 or 2003 spell checker instead of the built-in PRS spell checker.

Write PRS reminders to Microsoft Outlook Calendar

When a new reminder is created it is also written to the Microsoft Outlook Calendar as a zero length appointment at the selected time on the day of the reminder.

Run PRS Monitor

Open the PRSMon Database Administration program.

Set Next Vacancy ID...

Use this command to set the next Vacancy ID.

Update License...

This command is used to update site license information.

Edit Site Config...

Edit the shared site-wide prs_data.ini configuration file in Notepad.
