The PRS includes an administration program called PRSMon.
PRSMon displays a list of workstations currently using the shared PRS data database file (prs_data.mdb) and can perform a number of administrative procedures including backups, compaction and repair and offline copy creation. The status bar along the bottom of the PRSMon window displays the name of the shared database file and the current user logon status (enabled or disabled).
