The Windows Phone Dialer application comes with Microsoft Windows and should be should normally be set up to work with your PC's modem. Different versions of Microsoft Windows ship with different versions of the Windows Phone Dialer. Instructions for your version of the phone dialer can be found in the Phone Dialer's on-line help:
| 1. | Open the Windows Phone Dialer by selecting the Run... item from the Windows Start Menu. |
| 2. | Type in dialer.exe and press the OK button. |
| 3. | Select the Help Topics item from the Phone Dialer Help menu. |
