The PRS date fields have been designed to accommodate two digits year numbers. If your computers Date settings have been set to display four digit year numbers then displayed date values may appear partially truncated on some PRS forms and reports.

You can fix this by changing date formats using the Regional and Language Options Control Panel applet. For example if your Short Date format is set to d/MM/yyy (four digit year), change it to d/MM/yy (two digit year).
