The following properties make Notes a valuable source of audit information about Personnel, Sites, Vacancies and Invoices:
| • | Notes can only ever be deleted manually by a Supervisor. |
| • | System notes are created read-only and therefore cannot be altered by users. |
| • | Once a note's related record has been deleted no further changes can be made to the note. |
| • | Use the Notes Tool to select and report on the various System notes. |
NOTE: If notes security is important you should ensure the PRS Supervisor password is set and secure.
