The imported file must be formatted as an Excel-compatible CSV text file.

Here is an example containing two records:

LastName,FirstName,Initials,Salutation,Gender,SiteName,Occupation,JobTitle,Address,PhoneBusiness,PhoneHome,Mobile,Fax,EMail

Doe,Jane,JD,Ms,F,Diagnostic Technology Inc,Business Analyst,Manager,,+64(4)125 8498,,,,jd@bb.co.nz

Gem,Ruby,RG,Ms,F,Bacon Bits Wellington,Project Manager,Managing Director,,04 765 1155,,021 345 6009,,ruby.gem@bb.co.nz

NOTE:

•	The first row must contain all the field names exactly like the above example.

•	When creating an import file with Excel you need to save it from Excel as a CSV file type.
