If your site uses an HTTP proxy server, in addition to checking the Use proxy server SMS option, the Windows Internet Options should be configured to use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections. This must be set individually on each PC running the PRS. If you don't you'll get a connection error immediately after trying to send an SMS. Here's how to set this option:
• | Open the Windows Control Panel and double-click the Internet Options icon. |
• | Click the Advanced tab and scroll down the Settings list till you see the Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections option. |
• | Check the Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections checkbox. |
