When an admin person or consultant leaves it's often the case that a new employee is slotted into the previous user's role. An easy way to ensure the new user inherits the previous users reminders, notes, and candidate/client ownership is simply to change the name, initials and other details on the previous user's Personnel record to that of the new user.
NOTE: The previous users placements, candidate activity and billings will be reported as belonging to the new user, so (depending on how your organisation works) this may not be an appropriate method of slotting in a new consultant.
