What exactly does the 'Refresh Form Lists' command do?

For performance reasons personnel drop-down lists (form drop-down lists containing personnel names) are updated when you start the PRS but are not normally updated immediately when new personnel are added or modified. To update personnel drop-down lists execute the Records->Refresh Form Lists (CTRL+R) menu command. For example, if you add a new consultant and drop down the Candidate of drop-down list, the consultant will not appear in the list until you execute the Records->Refresh Form Lists menu command.
