The HTML vacancy pages and index pages are written to a sub-folder of the shared PRS data directory named Export\WebPages.
A separate HTML page is created for each published vacancy. Permanent vacancy and contract vacancy index files are also created. The index files contain brief vacancy descriptions and are linked to the published HTML vacancy pages. Indexes are listed in reverse publication date order and the most recently published entries are highlighted.
How you use these files will be site specific. Typically they will be uploaded immediately after publication to your company web server where company web pages will contain links to the vacancy index pages.
