A vacancy is any client sourced vacancy (past or current, filled or unfilled, contract, permanent or rostered) that has been entered into the PRS.
Vacancies are viewed from the Vacancies form (use the View->Vacancies menu command). The Vacancies form has two tabbed pages, here's an example Page 1:
