Some contract vacancies are missing from the New Timesheet Tool and Existing Timesheet Tool!

Only filled and started contracts with the Timesheet Tool enabled contribute to the Timesheet Tools. On the Vacancies form check that the Status is set to Filled, that we're past the Start Date, and that the Timesheet tool checkbox is checked.
